Hello from where 80 and 35 cross. I was pretty new on the other side, but was really enjoying all the great info you all share when it disappeared, so I'm glad I found where most people landed. Anyway, I bought a Traeger junior a few years ago after trying electric and gas smokers and haven't looked back. I traded up a couple times along the way and cook on a Traeger Texas now. I'm also a gadget freak and for some reason love cooking related gadgets as much as any other, so I find things like WiFi meat probes and Pit controllers and the likes pretty cool.

Anyway, nice to find you all and the great wisdom again.
