One of my favorites on the grill is Egg, Ham & Cheese breakfast sammies.
I put the grill on 500 degrees, place a griddle on it spray some non stick.
Slice a Ciabatta bun & butter both sides and place on the griddle, a couple minutes before adding the eggs & ham.
Crack a couple eggs into a small bowel & add your seasoning, I usually use pepper or garlic salt.
Dump eggs on to one corner of the griddle & place ham on the other corner. Flip eggs & ham to get thoroughly cooked.
Bun should be a golden brown by now so take off & first add cheese, then the eggs & ham. everything should be hot enough to melt the cheese.
