This was $5000+ new. I got it for $3250 less than 2 years old.....

Is that a cold smoke chamber on that Rec Tec?  If so, how much do the temps stay below the temps on the grill grate of the main unit?  I have never seen that unit before.  Looks nice.  A pic of the inside of the right side unit opened would be nice to see too.

It stays cooler on the low grate. I'm sure if you ran ice in the main you could cold smoke.
