Lou Here. Been around pellet cooking since about 2008 When I bought Traeger Still have a couple of GMG's. An old non wi fi DC which seems to be my go to pit since I'm usually just cooking for my bride & I. And an old JB I keep around for larger cooks.

Still have those 2 trophies I won from the pellethead comp that was held in Wisconsin with the ultra light fly in.

Nice to see some long time fimiliar faces/names here!

Nice to see you here Lou. That was a great competition in Wisc and seeing all those ultra lights was frosting on the cake.  Looking forward to your posts.

Hmmmm! And I remember that brisket, bro.
I have about 22 KCBS judging events under my belt and that batch of brisket was as good or better than any.
