Hello all. I see many familiar names
Great to see eveyone and to be part of this great new site! Thanks Kristin and Bentley for making this site. For those who don't know me I got my first pellet smoker back around 2008 (I believe) off CL. Was a unused Traeger Lil Tex. I eventually got a Memphis Advantage (was a prototype model) and then moved up to a Memphis Elite. I met Gringo and the Memphis guys (Greg and ZCZ and others) at the KCBS MN in May event. I also like to make sausage and snack sticks frequently using 2 MES40's to hang vertically. Glad to be here!
