Temp Graphs with water pan load on shelf and probes on other shelves.
Temp Graphs @ 150°, 250° & 350° on which shelf(s)?
Temp Graph @ 250° on which self(s)?

I vote for data first.  Gives a good framework for judging/looking at the cooks.

good idea - i went with data first too

You are doing the review, how have you done them in the past on PH? Whichever way is easiest for you to do them, is good for me.

To be clear, it is a 1st because you are not doing a Performance Test.  You are doing a product review based on recommendations from the Pellet Fan community who invested funds to have the review performed with a chance to get a piece of equipment for a very low price.  At least that is how I understand what is going on with this.

I am confused but I live in that state most of the time.

Data first, but I don't think it really matters much.
