Easter Dinner

Easter dinner was prime rib cooked on the MAK 2 Star at 275, roasted potatoes, cauliflower puree and glazed carrots. I was looking forward to left overs but will have to do with the rib bones and a few roasted potatoes. I rubbed the prime rib with salt, pepper, garlic and dried basil and took it off the grill at 130
