Hi all,
Just one picture of the chicken thighs about 3 mins before pulling from the grill/smoker. Started at 220* for 10mins a side, boosted the temp to 275* for another 8 mins each side, then to 375 for 12 + 6 each side rotate on the time change while basting with sauce. Used Stubbs Original, the wife likes it. Sorry no after pics, as I was too busy licking my fingers as I ate and did not want to get my phone messy.
Home made potato salad and a wedge of lettuce as sides.
