Hello everyone, my name is Rudi, I live in Northern Wisconsin. I just picked up my first pellet grill, Camp Chef DLX. Ive been a Weber grill guy my entire life, but new to smoking and grilling on pellets. I joined this community with the hopes of triming down my learning curve with tips, tricks and lessons learned from the wisdom of other members.
