Plain Beef jerky

So im looking for a beef jerky recipe i can start from and make changes to, like add red pepper flakes ect to make it spicy.  I really like the backwoods original but want something I can make myself.  Any good recipes that you cant taste soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce

No, that is not accurate.  You posted a link to Malcom's site and that is against the rules.  Tell you what, you get Malcolm to put a permenate link to my site on his and you can post a like to his site here!  Or just spend all your time on his site and then you don't have to deal with either Meredith!
