Hello from San Juan Capistrano
« on: September 09, 2017, 03:14:12 PM »

Hi to you all,

I am new to pellets, I picked up a Traeger Jr Elite last March at a Costco roadshow.  Upgraded to a Camp Chef Woodwind with sear box in August. High smoke followed by some high heat on the sear box makes great tri-tip and pork loin.

Hope we can keep this site growing, I see lots of people here that had made that other site worth reading.

Welcome pdf.

I'd love to add your tri-tip and pork loin recipes to my book.  I'm interested in the rubs and temps you use.

Please post for us (with pictures as soon as you get you photo-posting troubles sorted out).
