Any cute photos of kids, grandkids, neighborhood kids in costumes? Will any of you get many trick-or-treaters? We are 6 miles from town and out in the middle of a bean field, so no cuties come our way unfortunately.

My neighborhood 10 years ago Halloween was very busy, lot's of toddlers and pre-teens, used to be a lot of fun! Over the years it's dwindled down to zero in the last 2 years.

Ran into Popeye, Olive Oil and Sweet Pea.
We all live rural so we went downtown to Main street where the merchants hand out candy, it was BUSY.
Sweet Pea just fell in love with the "Bull dog Shark".

An almost tragic event: Just found out our 4 year old Granddaughter had acquired a glow stick at school and chewed on it on the bus ride home - scary to say the least. So far just a rash and a 48 hr
monitoring period, per the poison control centre.

We live in a gated adult community and even though I buy candy every year, we've not had a visitor in the seven years that we've been here.

In my best Popeye laugh... "Arrg ug ug ug"
Those photos of the popeye family and the shark dog are just too funny/cute.
