Need some Ideas for Testing
« on: February 10, 2019, 04:43:07 PM »

Since it seems that we will be going to the Royal, I am starting to think of some ideas to try out for testing for the various categories.  For vegetable, I am thinking of some type of canape and am considering making something with a pureed broccoli.

I think perhaps cheese would be good to add to the pureee.  Cheddar is a classic, but any other suggestions of what might par well?  If not cheese, any other flavor profiles you think would go well with broccoli?

I do love broccoli, cheddar and bacon together.  (Apple or hickory)  Add in a bit of potato and cayenne and I'm all in.
