My outdoor kitchen is almost done, and my Memphis Elite will be here soon!

I love GrillGrates on pretty much every grill I use. wondering if anyone has used them on top of the included grates for searing? I'm thinking about buying some that would sit in the middle of the grill for high heat burgers/steaks etc.

I have, but it was just on a lark!  Just not needed with the standard grates that come with all Memphis units!

GrillGrates has factory seconds on sale right now so was trying to decide if I wanted a new set for it or not while that sale was going on. Thinking I may wait and play with it in its natural state for now... especially considering I will have a 36" built-in stainless steel griddle next to the Memphis Elite.
