I can't hardly stand to watch the Daytona races anymore, nor Talladega for that matter.    The modern cars just don't work well on those super speedways.  It seems like it's pure luck if you can get to the end without getting caught up in a massive wreck ( or two or three wrecks ).

 I honestly feel they need to abandon the two tracks, either that or design cars that are specially made for those races. Ones that have the same weight, horsepower, and shape of the cars they ran in 1969.

 I really could barely stand watching that race  yesterday.

I agree.  I hate the big tracks. 1 mile or less I like.

I used to watch when I worked for a safety company and had mirrored safety glasses with all the top drivers numbers on them...couldn't keep jeff gordons or earnhart sr. or jr, etc... in stock, but not so much anymore.
