Here in AZ it is normally $9.99/lb. for Boars Head brand.

Any pics of the final payload?

Will post final pics saturday, gonna sous vide it to steam it and then slice up for sammys.  Will let you know how it turned out.  I did sneak one small bite when it was done smoking and resting before I vacuum sealed it, that piece tasted good to me!
