Any of you using your pits today?  If so, post a photo or description of your cook!

Got a 14 pound brisket on mine since 10 last night. Corn on the cob to be added to the smoker in half an hour or so.

Was going to do spare ribs today ala Bentley but was side tracked by an episode in my wife of atrial flutter (like a/fib).  So instead of low slow ribs, we had a short fast DC current to the chest. The result was better than ribs.  She is home and in rhythm again.  Will do ribs tomorrow.   :)

All weekend.  Saturday smoked burgers, Sunday bacon wrapped brown sugar boneless thighs, and today ribs 3 ways( dry, sweet, and hot)

So sorry to hear this, but glad it worked out well. Our Mom had arrhythmia and lived through a few scary episodes. Ribs another day!

Did a rack of frozen St.Louis on my DB.  Salt and pepper along with spritzing of apple cider vinegar. I juiced and apple and then spritzed that on to. Added some Sweet BBQ rub and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Turned out great!! Took 6 hours to do. Will do frozen ribs again!
