I am sorry I was not able to respond to this, did not check after the last post at noon the 18th.  West to East...San Pedro to Fort Lauderdale.

Are you starting on the East or West coast? Among my twenty plus cruises, several were through the Panama canal and the east to west canal trip was my second best, behind the Mediterranean. Have fun and don't drink too many tropical adult beverages.

Thank you.

As my old Defensive coach...Coach Justice used to say, "Shake yourself"...and we try keep the site going!

Not good to hear. In my opinion it isn’t irrelevant but I definitely see your point. Wish more people would contribute but I guess it is easier to lay in the weeds. I was looking forward to another dry aged rib roast,  that was fun. I enjoyed the tips, tricks etc.

Hmmm I wouldn't say this site is irrelevant. Slow lately but not irrelevant!

...despite the grief I get for not liking the taste of the Memphis Kool-aid. The members here (and the same people on the old site that shall not be called by name) have taught me so much about pellet grills, cooking, and so many other things.

I concur with those sentiments. I find that for me there is a sort of ebb and flow to posting patterns. Sometimes it seems I have a lot to say and I hope I'm not posting too often. Other times I can go for quite a while without posting much. However, even then I still appreciate being able to look and gleen ideas from others. While I have "lurked" in other forums for various things on-line, this is the only forum where I feel comfortable enough to actually post things. It is a healthy environment for good discussion on a number of topics. I sure have appreciated the work and dedication that goes into building and maintaining the site...

+1  (or whatever it takes to have PF alive and you two engaged with it!).  I do not use my smoker much at all these days, but I still really dig the active posters, saving recipes, techniques and hoping to get to try them when I can.

I'm hopeful that you two will continue posting as part of the general membership body if you completely step away from site ownership and management.  I've told you privately and now I'll say it publicly—you two have enriched my life more than you'll ever know (that's also true of the general membership) and I don't want it to end.

That's obviously my selfish perspective.

Perfectly stated.

you two have enriched my life (OUR LIVES) more than you'll ever know
