Started with a 5# hunk of top round, sliced to 3/8" give or take a little. Seasoned and in the fridge for 3 days, then in the dehydrator, at 10 for about 9.5 hours.
2T Black Pepper
2T Sea Salt
1.5T Granulated Garlic
1.5T Chili Powder
2 t Chipoltle Powder
1 t Cure 1
Still have 1 hunk of cow left I cut up and vac sealed, I found a bottle of Cabela's Jerky marinade in the cupboard I may try on it.
