So many take for granted their service, the sacrifices of their families and our freedoms they selfishly defended. So honored to be a recipient of that. Our flag flies everyday and always will.

My gym has a Veteran that is quite a regular and was injured in the middle east. I have always admired his determination and discipline with his injuries.  His leg has some device on it that I think sends electric shocks to make it lift, but I am not sure.  One of his hands does not work and he has an attachment to his wrist that he ties off to the weights so he can pull them.  He has visible scarring on one side of his arm and leg. I had shoulder surgery last November.  I still went to the gym and did what I could while my arm was still in the sling. He approached me and asked what happened.  I told him and he wished me well and said he would be praying for me.  It left me speechless and humbled.  I should have been the one approaching, thanking, and praying for him.  These are good people that make huge sacrifices.

We can never repay the sacrifice so many and their families have made.  It doesn't matter the capacity.  Thank you to all who served!!
