Which Mexican Shrimp Appetizer do you prefer?

Mexican shrimp bites, basically shrimp in olive oil, chili powder and guacamole on a potato chip with a bit of chopped cilantro on top.

My jaws tingled when i saw that fresh juice!  I realize it is a dip, but I would kill for that in a flour tortilla wrap with cream cheese...A Shrimp Caravan!

That’s what my wife said also. It was really good, we might try it for a holiday appetizer.
