Relief!  Kristin, Do you know the details of how Cutlas got lost and how he was found?

I have been thru this a few times with some of my dogs..It just left me with knots in my stomach until their return.. My first dog was gone for a week in - 40º F and windy weather after I let him go as it was so

cold I couldn't stand it. I figured  he would do his business + come back. Wrong. We thought he was a goner. Gone for over 7 days. When he finally came back, his face and whiskers were almost solid ice. He

slept for a week. Then back to his active lifestyle. Where he went + what did remains a mystery to this day.

They have not provided any details other than to say he ran out the back door, so I can only guess that maybe their yard is not fenced and somehow the door was opened unexpectedly.  They gave no details on his return. I don't know if he just came home or if someone found him.  I know the local TV and news carried a story and told of the reward, so if someone was just keeping him, that may have given incentive for his return.
