Curious if anyone out there has the BFG 2500, and if so if you have a serious temp swing between the left and right side of the cooker?

I do! And while I have not done an extensive amount of cooking on it. I did spend the weekend doing the bread test (or biscuits if you use that) and some less than scientific measurements with some temp probes. I was/am going to make a post about it today but to answer your question no I did not see those swings. I see that on the BFG facebook group people mention it but it did not show up in my testing.
