This looks excellent and goes so well with the fall feeling right now.  I may have to try this during the Woodwind test and use the side burner.

Looks good Queball - we have an overabundance of tomatos in the garden this time of the year, and my wife has been talking about making some kind of tomato bisque. I like the idea of adding corn and leeks

PZ,
I'm jealous .... Wish I had a garden! ..... But I'm also lazy, and that's probably why one hasn't appeared. Try this recipe with your tomatoes and use corn and leeks too. Be sure to smoke them and roast the corn. This is a good recipe and an easy cook, as long as everything is prepped and ready to go. Then it's like falling off a log. ...... Don't think you'd be disappointed.

Thanks Queball - I know I'll like it just from the ingredients alone - sounds savory and will be slightly sweet with the corn and my tomatoes, and leeks are one of our favorite vegetables - we like to make a potato leek soup with kale when the weather turns cold - really satisfying.
