Hi Everybody,

I am Brennan from Utah. Excited to be here as I just purchased a Pit Boss 700 Classic about a month ago. I have already learned a lot and had some great food. Excited to be a part of the community.

It's good to have you here, Brennan.

I look forward to your thoughts on that Pit Boss' performance.  Please post some cooks (with photographs).  And the recipe if you think it's new to us.
