Did 20 strips of thick bacon on Thursday.  On the 590 at 350*(no pics ). Did them on wire grids, over deep cookie pans. Then poured the fat thru a funnel into Ball Jar. Minimal cleanup of smoker was required. The wire grids were a bit more of a pain--soaked, brushed and dishwasher.
Meanwhile had some yummy BLT's on Friday, noon.  Then for supper did my favorite--wet aged eye of ribeye-salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika smoked, and worcestershire then out for an hour.  Onto the RT at 500*-til medium rare.  Then onto the table with Costco's fantastic mack and cheese.  Gone in about 10 minutes.  Staying home can be fun!

Burgers tonight, then my first attempt at Chuck Roast (from the Chuck Roast suggestions on another thread) tomorrow and smoked wings and brats on Monday.  Gonna be a great couple of days coming up.  Yippee!

Wow! One of those patties must be half a pound.  What kind of cheeses?

Good idea, I don't why I did not think of that, senior moment maybe. I've already sliced it but I think that I can still make it work. Thanks.

Plan was a rack of ribs in the electric smoker then here sister wanted to come for ribs so I did some wings in the pressure cooker for 7 minutes then browned them on the griddle in the garage, did some chopped up bacon and then added a bag of coleslaw mix and browned. She made some kraft mac n cheese in the little pressure cooker as we had 3 kids here also. No pics, as I told them it would not be ready until 4:30 and they were here at 3:15 ready to eat. The GF and her sister don't eat cabbage but they both had some and thought it was great.

Probably roast a chicken in the oven tomorrow and then use the leftover to make her chicken alfredo maybe the next day.

Would like to know if there are pork burgers sold commercially?  Do any of PF's make them? Content of the patties etc. ??

I've had some pork burgers by Johnsonville a few years ago and they were not as good as these from the meat shop.  I am not even sure if Johnsonville still makes them.

How do you prepare them?  Just like beef burgers?
