Not sure how it got its name as it is not chili per say, but my wife had a recipe she found and made a few times that we both enjoyed. This is not that recipe.
approx 1# of pasta - I used the portions remaining in 3 boxes in the pantry to finish them up
4.4# package of hamburger I bought at Sam's on Friday
frozen diced onions and peppers that were partial bags that are now empty
leftover frozen chili pepper puree
about 1.5# of cheese that was in the freezer - flamin jack, horseradish cheddar, cheddar - once again partial bags that are now empty
half bottle of Spicy Tabasco BBQ sauce
crushed red peppers lots
italian blend seasoning
garlic pepper
dried onions
dry ranch to thicken the hamburger fat that I did not drain off
