Chuck beef ribs
« on: April 07, 2020, 02:52:31 PM »

Getting ready to throw these on.  I'm not a huge fan of beef ribs just as a meal or even a sandwich. Just too rich. I do love the flavor in smaller doses though. These will probably go in either a stew or chili.

Seasoned with these

Ready to go on this. Just about to 275 or so.

Looks really good to me.  Interested to see/hear how they turn out.  I still have not made beef ribs of any style yet.  Gotta dig the Penzey's and House of Spice products too!

Took a couple bites of the scraps. Super nice flavor. I will slice or chop them tomorrow and decide what they are destined to become.

Those look great.   You're right, they are super rich, but man, oh so good!

I've got some short ribs & plate ribs in the freezer.   May have to pull some out while I'm self-isolating!  :-D
