Sammy from Summerville South Carolina
« on: May 05, 2020, 12:49:23 PM »

Pellet Head from 2012, bought a used YS640,  fully updated to 640S.  Also have a PitBoss Vertical cabinet pellet cooker, and a UDS.  I love cooking for my Church and others as I can.  Also A Master Judge with South Carolina BBQ association.  I will work on updating my profile.  I also blog a lot of my cooks, as a reference for me, and sharing information.   Can I post a link to my blog?
