We "opened the doors" one month ago today and waited to see if anyone would come through. Old friends who we were able to contact joined first and many more have come through avenues I never even knew about. We are happy to have you all.
We were not looking to be the biggest. What we hoped for was experienced pellet folks who would share and trade knowledge. If that attracted others, great. If not, that was fine also. I never thought we would exceed 200 people in the life time of the site.
But the thing I am truly happiest about is the content. You folks are just unbelievable!!! The tutorials in "This is How I Cook....". The recipes. The photos. The reviews of accessories. The sharing of experience, tips, ideas and cooks. This has been more than I ever could have imagined and I hope it will continue.
Thanks for everything each of you has done to make this a better forum every day.
