Canada Day
« on: July 01, 2020, 08:27:21 AM »

Happy Canada Day to one and all....  For the unknowing, Canada Day is very similar to the 4 TH of July in the US.. This year things are different as we deal with the life changing and claiming virus. Hopefully,

this time next year our lives will be more normal. However the effects of Covid-19 will have made some permeant inroads changing our lives forever.

I would like to wish all my American friends an early Happy 4 TH of July...BE HAPPY!

Nothing extra special - Marinated pork tenderloin: smoke 1 HR +  cook 325º for ~ 1/2 HR to 140º, fingerling potatoes + eggplant.  Too hot for me to be spending more time than necessary outside.
