Just moved from Caldwell, ID, bought a grill that allows me to grill like I know what I'm doing. The other tool in my pouch are the fine folks here (formerly on PH) and your excellent recipes. I'm a rookie and willing to eat all my mistakes or steaks as the case may be. So far, I'm not having a problem getting rid of what I cook. ;D

Greetings friend!
I had the great opportunity to spend two weeks in your fair city back in the late 1990's on a work assignment.  I was a Civil War buff at the time so died and went to heaven.  I was out on the battlefield every night.  Gettysburg is one awesome place!
