Hello from Tennessee!  I have been smoking awhile (brisket, pork shoulder, ribs...) but I joined this forum for rub recipes and to learn about pellet smokers before I buy one.

 Welcome from Ontario canada.  What area of TN are you from? We used to visit South Pittsburg for the National Cornbread Festival and of course go thru Lodge facilities. Never returned without buying more cast iron cookware.
