A sad day...
« on: December 14, 2020, 03:02:42 PM »

I know there some of you that are pizza and bread makers, and most likely have visited the pizzamaking web site.
We were informed there that Tom Lehmann (The Dough Doctor) has passed away from Covid 19 on Dec 12, 2020.
Tom was an inspiration, teacher, and, contributor for all members of the site.
He will be greatly missed.

I was never there but it is always a very sad day when, a person with so much helpful information is gone. Hope they can do an archive of his knowledge for future members to learn from.

Wow, that's really bad news. Tom was a great contributor to PMDC and had his own Ask the Dough Doctor section on the forum.  Was just reviewing one of his posts today, but had not heard that he passed or even knew he was sick. Thanks for sharing.
