Great Christmas weekend
« on: December 27, 2020, 09:10:39 PM »

It has been a very busy holiday weekend and today was no exception.  We are fortunate to have had our son from Baltimore visit for Christmas and to stay the weekend.  We were able to take family photos.  Also  made him a special dinner.  It was risotto with mushrooms, tomatoes and fresh herbs.  It was served surrounded by fresh Sea Scallops and seared tuna.  Of course what would a dinner be without a great glass or two of Robert Craig's winery Chardonnay.  Included in the family photo is our oldest son, Chris, with two of our grandchildren.  Our daughter, who lives in New Jersey, could not attend do the the virus

Great family photo! I think family being able to be together means even more this year. The dinner sounds wonderful, especially the tuna and scallops. I haven't had those in a while, you are making me hungry!
