I do like pecans in a bread pudding.  Never thought of any orange sauce.  Bent makes a good bread pudding with a vanilla sauce, but the orange sounds good!  Lovely post.

I bet you could use that orange sauce as a glaze for a chicken breast.  Give a plain piece of meat some real pizzazz :cool:
