My last two cooks.
« on: April 19, 2021, 01:20:45 PM »

As i am waiting on a phone call I thought I would use the time to post pictures of my last two cooks.  The first one is a turkey dinner and the turkey was cooked on my out door air fryer and the second is jager schnitzel with spatzel and corn.  I know corn is not traditional however when Claire and i were station in Germany we had German friends that never had corn as it was mostly used for animal feed.

Both look great.
I'm a German food fan.
Used to have a German restaurant in the town I lived in in Texas (Roanoke).
Food was great.
Unfortunately, they weren't doing enough business so they moved to another town.
Wasn't too happy about that... :'(

Nice pics.  Most interesting about the corn (Germany).
