Unfortunately, I do not eat eggs unless they are in bread or cake.  I don't like the taste or texture.

On most any sandwich would be good.
I like just green chili and cheese in a tortilla.  Very simple and good.

X-Hot hatch chilis with ham and cheese in a quesadilla.  Good stuff.  Not super spice hot, but had my nose running.

yes, but that pulled pork in the picture that I had reheated in the crock pot the other day.

Ahh, shredded pork, not beef, OK...
