I made a smoked romain salad tonight for the 1st time. Man was it good!

I'd love to see a S×S recipe.
IDK enough about smoking and grilling fruit and vegetables and I think it's an expanding subject.

I have done it several times to make Caesar Salad wedges and I put the Parmesan cheese on to melt while it’s still on the grill, delicious.
