I have always liked sprouts, the GF was not having any of it. I had her try on when we were out one time, they had some sort of balsamic dressing on them after they were roasted. She liked them because of the sweetness I think.So I will do them on the griddle then, nuke a little butter, brown sugar, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. to put over them. I am usually just a garlic butter person.

I like the steak also. I love a rare steak but can eat it anywhere in there as long as it is not dried out.
