At Sam's Club a few days ago I was browsing the meat while my wife was shopping. I noticed that these steaks were on sale for $19.98 a pound. There were reduced around $9 a pound for only that day. I resisted, but ended up buying two of them that weighed just shy of a pound each. Now my wife wants to smoke them immediately, but we just had steaks last week.
Do I cook them the same way as I do regularly prime ribeye steaks? I normally smoke them for about 1 1/2 hours and then reverse sear them. I don't want to mess up an expensive piece of meat.
