The Brown Derby Cobb Salad

You are correct, the fowl should not go in a circle around the salad.  But when you don't use a big enough bowl, that is what happens, and the avocado is hidden!  Also some say it has to be poached turkey instead of grilled chicken.  And still others that the original had no avocado.

Not sure what is correct, but I've had a plethora of Cobb Salads over the years.  Yours looks durn good.  First ones and the best I've ever had were at a "Marie Calendars" restaurant.  Back when I could almost eat my weight in salads, I had a hard time finishing their's. It came on a roast platter.
