Great forum. Looking to learn a few things and hoping to settle on the best cooker for my needs. I have found lots of great info so far. Thanks for that.

Welcome aboard from Nebraska, tbone55.

Where's your home base and what have you been cooking on?

A while back, Kristin posted this thread to help people tell us about their preferences.  Just copy the questions into a new thread and insert your answers.  Then some of us will be willing to make a recommendation that we think is, as you wrote, the best cooker for your needs.
