Biscotti and ponies
« on: February 28, 2024, 07:01:57 PM »

Yesterday was nice we went to Assatteque and of course took more photos of the ponies.  Today it was warm however it has rained all day so I made Biscotti's.  They are an Italian cookie.  Here are photos of the ponies and the cookies.

Both look great, although I am more partial to the biscotti. Are yours hard like almost break your teeth hard? I have had some that were soft you could bend them, the flavors were good but not the right texture to me.

I have never made any but have often thought about it.
