Wanted a Meatball Sub.  So did Kristin so she bought some of the fixing today at the store.  She bought Provolone, which is a good cheese, but better suited for Cheese Steak for me.  Next time will go back to the Mozzarella!

He has a lot of bulk fermenting and proofing and resting, but they finally went into the oven.  Gonna be a late dinner.  Just onions and relish tonight!

Good bread, not my idea of a fluffy hot dog bun.  It would make a great dinner roll or should be an outstanding Hoagie roll!
