I would love to find a great meatloaf recipe  not using to tomato paste.  I like gravy on mine.

I would love to find a great meatloaf recipe  not using to tomato paste.  I like gravy on mine.

Sounds pretty simple, pick your meat/meats, any vegetation you may want, the seasonings/flavors you like, eggs and pick your favorite filler, crackers, oatmeal, bread crumbs, croutons, torn up bread, corn flakes. Mix and form. I know some people that add milk also.

I cheat I usually use ground beef and pork, a box of stove top stuffing, some course chopped onions, 2-3 eggs, usually some other seasoning.  I make loaf shapes and hit the top with a BBQ rub we make up. Usually make to and then the next day vac seal one and freeze, then reheat with the sous vide supreme.

Their spicy BBQ sauce is one of my favorites.  I am about out.  I should have my wife bring me a bottle back from MS or I will have to wait until I go down there in April.

Freezing them is what I want to do.  But I would cut them into individual slices or two to take out for a quick meal.
