Another internet inspired food creation

 Saw another "reels" with a dessert a bit similar, so decided to try my own version.

The outside ring is ice cream sandwiches cut in half. The first layer is a combination of some leftover cake that Bentley made that was frosted and had a caramel sauce in the center mixed with just enough butter pecan ice cream to hold it together and make it into a layer. The last is cookies and cream ice cream which is hopefully about the same depth as the cake layer. Trying to be decorative and used some chocolate sauce but I don't think I was very successful on that. Maybe I should have done circles.

Hmmm...I think I would even like that.  Like an ice cream cake with cake in it.

Oooooh!  A cup of strong black coffee and a large piece of that and I’d take them to a corner to be alone with the cake.
