Are You Cooking Anything This Weekend?
« on: August 26, 2017, 06:59:20 AM »

This is my weekend to help in the kitchen at the Brandy Station Volunteer Fire Dept bingo, so my cooking tonight will consist of just helping get some burgers and dogs done.  But, if I am enterprising enough, I may try for a meatloaf on Sunday since it seems like a long time since I made a meatloaf on the Memphis Pro.

Anyone else cooking on your pit this weekend?

Beautiful weather here on the East Coast. ..... Great time to let the smoke fly and cook something. ..... 1 1/2" thick, monster "T bone" pork chops. smoke then sear .... It's gonna be fun ... and tasty!

I just did a thick T-Bone.  I'll do a spiral-cut ham tomorrow after church and while I mow.  The recipe starts with, "Throw away the package of glaze and make your own."
