The Sunday Roast!
« on: May 01, 2022, 03:00:32 PM »

This is half of the Rib Roast that I trimmed for the ribs.  Seared it on the Lodge, and in the oven at 225° till 125°.

That's as good a prime rib roast as I have seen.  Not sure I would smoke it anyhow. Good job!

Would cost you about $60 or more at a good restaurant. Everything else would be al a carte.

Looks great, Bentley.  I run through your slicer would create some nice roast beef for French dip sandwiches, cheesesteaks, Italian Beef, etc.
