Since I've found a way to consistently cook pizza's on the Uuni3 in under 2 mins without burning them I'll video the process at the next opportunity, put it up on YouTube and post a link here.

Is there a way for him to post on youtube, not make public, and share it with you?  It may help you learn some about it in advance of your review.  It could also distort the review is you plan to work exclusively off of the manufacturers instructions/directions at the start.  I am 50/50 on him sharing with you, but fully understand the request to let the product review unfold first.  I may certainly be helpful to others as a supplement to the review afterwards.
